? The system is integrated, installed and maintained by AT Communications KK. We have a history of and experience in many satellite equipment sales and installations.
? The satellite to be used in the system is owned by a major international communication company. The special contract is made to secure a good usability of the client including the cost effectiveness and the congestion-free transmission at the time of disaster by partial possession of the satellite.
? The equipment, the system integration, the network design, technical support. ATC offer one-stop-shop to our customers.

The Network Operation System (Hub) is installed in the central cite of communication networks such as an enterprise headquarter or a control center of a local government. The Network Operation System works as the center of the local government-municipalities / headquarter-branch communications.
The hub is IP- connected to aother Network backbone, and is connected to various data servers ,the telephone lines (SIP connection), the Internet, and TV Conference Systems respectively. It is easier to understand the big picture by regarding a Hub system as the Internet provider, VSAT Remote sites as the Internet clients.
The Hub system will either be managed by the client themselves or remotely by AT Communications Teleport (Tokyo) Network Operation Remote Monitoring Center. This management is made redundant with the terrestrial and the satellite channels to be prepared for the unexpected disasters.
